To Earn Credit: Each attendee must check in with an on-site registrar prior to the beginning of the first conference session.  To confirm participation, each attendee is required to fill out online activity evaluations.  Please log on to http://education.CMELLC.com and under the “Type” pull down menu, select “Conference” to access the evaluations and print out a Web-generated statement of credit.  Statements of credit include a listing of session titles attended with appropriate identification information.
