About this Activity
This program will provide clinicians with a thorough understanding of the importance of diagnosis of BPD and effective management.
Learning Objectives
By participating in this symposium, learners will be able to:
- Outline the importance of proper diagnosis in bipolar disorder and the ramifications of misdiagnosed bipolar disorder
- Describe the growing research in the genetics and neurobiology of BD and their possible treatment implications
- Compare and contrast the efficacy and safety of current treatment options used in the management of BD
