Orlando Attraction Discounts

2010 Psych Congress attendees can purchase attraction tickets at discounted admission prices for Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Adventure Park, The Medieval Times Dinner Show, The Arabian Nights Show, The Pirate’s Dinner Show, and SeaWorld Adventure Parks. All attendees staying at the Gaylord Palms Resort, the host hotel for the 2010 Psych Congress, receive complimentary bus shuttle service to Walt Disney World theme parks. Tickets are not conference dated, so they may be used at anytime during your stay in Orlando. The purchase process is easy just click to get started!

The deadline for purchasing attraction tickets for 2010 Psych Congress attendees online is Friday, November 12, 2010. Tickets will be sent to your address up to 10 days prior to the 2010 Psych Congress starting date if you click on the shipping option. For different pick up options or questions, please contact the CPS Registration Manager at 407-393-6128 as this service is provided and managed by CPS and not by CME LLC.

Accommodations for Persons with Special Needs

CME LLC strives to provide education in a place and manner accessible to persons with special needs. If you require special accommodations due to a special need, please call us at (800) 447-4474 prior to your arrival at the 23rd Annual U.S. Psychiatric and Mental Health Congress and we will do our best to accommodate you.

*Please note: Room rates are based on availability and do not include applicable taxes or fees. A deposit of the first night’s room and tax will be charged to your credit card immediately. If you need to cancel your room reservation for any reason, please do so 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund of your deposit. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of first night room and tax. Early departures are subject to a $50.00 fee. Please note that this is applicable only if you change your departure date after you check in. We recommend that you reserve your room(s) by Oct. 8, 2010, in order to receive the room of your choice at the special discounted rate.
